Part-time training is designed to lay the foundation you'll need to reclaim your health if you're not ready for full-time training, or to fine-tune your current fitness program.

How Does Training With Me Work?

For maximum flexibility, I offer in-person training at my private home gym in South San Jose and virtual training for those not in my local area or who travel frequently.

I’ll work with you to create a personalized workout program designed to get you in the best shape of your life and address the main pillars of aging and all-cause mortality: a lack of VO2 max (lung capacity), and muscle mass.

This also includes full nutritional guidance, meal planning, bloodwork/hormone tracking, sleep and stress management, and follow-up as outlined in my services.

My training packages are optimized to achieve full immersion, rapidly propelling your knowledge and results – without wasting time.

What Locations Do I Serve?

I primarily serve folks in the South Bay area and surrounding cities including: San Jose, Milpitas, Morgan Hill, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Campbell, Mountain View, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Los Altos, Palo Alto, and Cupertino.

My private home gym is located in South San Jose in the Evergreen/Silver Creek area for in-person training.

As a result of increased demand for my services, I no longer offer out-call training.
